Amazing Chalet Stay!
sea view good workout local specialty
I had a Premier Seaview Chalet. It was peaceful. The balcony overlooking the sea was a plus! Breakfast had a wide variety. I especially liked the roti canai, a local specialty. The gym offered enough equipment for a good workout.

Relaxing Rainforest Retreat
peaceful atmosphere spacious setting clean setting wide variety
the sea view chalet featured a peaceful atmosphere. i enjoyed the spaciousness and the comfortable setting. the balcony provided a nice sea view. i made good use of the gym and found there was ample equipment for a solid workout. the location is very convenient for visiting the sky cable and sky bridge. a short walk took me to the oriental village with numerous dining options. the hotel offers a shuttle bus service every two hours. the on-site spa offered a couples malaysian massage. it was clean and provided a surreal setting for relaxation. i was happy with the overall result. there is a buggy service to navigate the extensive site. the breakfast had a wide variety that covered many taste preferences. i liked the roti canai, a local specialty. the staff was very friendly and efficient. i found them accommodating to all guests.
the coffee provided in the room was inexpensive and not replenished regularly. it would have been nice to have better coffee available.

efficient staff shuttle service superb food private beach
i stayed four nights and appreciated my time here the reception staff were efficient i was brought to my room by shuttle the food selection was superb for breakfast i enjoyed the buffet dinner in the evenings too pool facilities were excellent also the private beach was a plus.

Really good Experience at Rainforest Retreat
complimentary minibar nearby attractions customer support prompt shuttle
I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary minibar. It was restocked daily with drinks and snacks. The SkyCab and Oriental Village are very close. I walked there easily. The hotel staff displayed a customer-centric approach and were supportive, which I valued. Shuttle service was prompt and available upon request.
The resort shop prices seemed very high.
